Sweepstakes Legality Rules: 1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, (b) reside in a country or state where this sweepstakes is legal, and (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 2. Entry Period: The sweepstakes will run from September 26th to November 15th. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. 3. Entry Method: To enter, participants must make a purchase of at least $1 from the sponsoring company. Each $1 spent will earn the participant one entry into the sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants may also enter by mailing a 3x5 card with their full name, phone number, email address, and the specific item they are entering for to the designated address. Maximum Entries: Participants are limited to a maximum of 1000 entries, regardless of the entry method used. 5. Prizes: The sweepstakes will award one Yeti Tundra Cooler, 10 tshirts from vikinggoods.com and 250 dollars in cash. The approximate retail value of the contents of the giveaway is $1000. 6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within one week after the sweepstakes closing date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Notification and Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified by email or phone within three days of the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must respond within seven days of the notification and provide any additional information or documentation required for prize fulfillment. If a winner fails to respond or provide the necessary information within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. 8. Taxes and Expenses: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners. 9. Publicity: By participating in the sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 10. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release the sponsoring company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes or the use of the prize. 11. General Conditions: The sponsoring company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part without notice in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. 12. Governing Law: The sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sponsoring company is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 13.
